Live out a cottagecore fantasy with this Italian White Pleated Stripes Polyester Chiffon, courtesy of The Row! Combining elements of ruching, plisse, and pleating, this chiffon is coarse and pebbly, with sweet pleated stripes alternating in width. Utilize the fluid, bouncy drape for blouses, dresses, and breezy skirts. Sheer, a lining may be desired for complete opacity but isn’t always necessary. While this fabric appears to have give along the width, it should be treated and sewn as a woven, non-stretch fabric.

Please note: This fabric comes sandwiched between two layers of paper to protect the fabric and the texturing pressed into it.
